Tasting Notes
Bright golden yellow. Still slight nuances of fine yeast on the nose, a hint of cookie, egg liqueur, fresh grapefruit peel, somewhat restrained bouquet. Elegant, juicy on the palate, mineral texture, sweet orange fruit, lively acidity, remains very persistent, tangerines and ringed peppers in the finish, fine herbal spice in the aftertaste, salty, convincing length, very good development potential.
