Tasting Notes
Rich yellow-gold color. Subtle honey notes, hints of prunes and figs, delicate herbal spice, candied orange zest, a touch of sponge cake; develops nicely with air. Juicy, honey-sweet quince, a hint of peach jelly, elegant and well-balanced, with a refined, nuanced structure, a subtle hint of caramel on the finish, and ripe apricots in the aftertaste—a very well-balanced sweet wine that’s already ready to drink.
