Medium golden yellow, silver reflections. Oak, nuances of candied orange zest, very soft notes of rose petals, yellow tropical fruit. Complex, subtle honey, a hint of marshmallow, a discreet acidity, still with some baby fat, will need a few years to hit its full aromatic peacock-tail, good ageing potential.
