The white wine Wiebelsberg Dachs Silvaner trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Winzer Sommerach – Die Genossenschaft has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Franconia in Germany.
Since last year, the Wiebelsberger Dachs has been vinified in a single vineyard, which reflects its ageing potential. Fine pear notes, followed by an appealing spiciness with hints of elderflower and curry leaves. Quite deep, dry, supertypical Silvaner.
