The white wine Grauer Burgunder Kabinett trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Winzergenossenschaft Bötzingen eG has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 87 - 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Ruländer from the region Baden in Germany.
Tasting Notes
It is cream coloured. There are grapey, intense pinot berry aromas, and also some nutty character after air contact. It is juicy and light-footed on the palate, typical of a Kabinett. It has a medium fruit density, and a lively acidity (which justifies the Kabinett rating). It is a fresh Pinot Gris.
