Tasting from 01.10.2021: Ulrich Sautter

New wood and ripe yellow fruit, medlar, carambola, also buttery tones. On the palate, the wine impresses with fine-grained phenolics and a vivid sweetness, fresh acidity balances the full body, which is also full of alcohol. The finish is still compact and full-bodied.
