Tasting Notes
Spicy nose, dried herbs, some hints of a natural fermentation, yeast, apple peel, malt, caraway, also citrus fruit and some powdered sugar. On the palate, calm, balanced, with a structured acidity, unfolds smoothly, with a mineral base.
More about the tastingA bit more lemon powdery and creamy on the nose than the "Paradise Garden", anise and caraway join in. Balanced in the mouth, no lack of substance, already revealing some apricoty notes. Simply a well-made Pfalz Riesling.
