Tasting from 18.02.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Elegant, dark ruby with purple hints. Fresh black bread on the nose, then pickled cherry, plum, floral notes of rose and lilac, with blackberry cordial on the finish. On the palate it shows with a slightly noticeable use of oak and a delicately bitter undertone, savoury, dense without being ponderous, lingers for a long time.
