Tasting Notes
Clear, intense ruby. Deep and complex in the nose, very clear and intense, fresh cherry juice, some fresh plum, behind it nuances of coriander seeds. Beats a peacock's tail on the palate, diverse flavours from ripe dark cherries to cranberries and savoury components, all very well integrated, all poured into fine-meshed tannin.
