Tasting Notes
Dark ruby, purple reflections, subtle bright rim. Delicate toasty aromas, a hint of liquorice, dark berry aroma, a fine herbal savouriness. Substantial, fruity, ripe dark berry confit, fine tannins, very good length, chocolaty finish, lingering for minutes, already very well balanced, it has a texture like drinking chocolate, and good certain further ageing potential.
