Dark Balsamic Dressing

Balsamic dressing with red wine is the perfect match for Italian salad greens like arugula, radicchio and puntarelle, or with grilled vegetables.

  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Let a few basil leaves steep in it for an hour, do not mix.
