Tasting vom 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Die Kräftigkeit der Nase ist wohl dem Alkoholgehalt geschuldet. Eine leichte Süße zeichnet sich im Hintergrund ab. Am Gaumen ebenso kräftig, Rauchnoten und Fasswürze bleiben vordergründig. Etwas Wasser tut ihm gut.
