Tasting Notes

96
Tasting from 08.05.2026: Roland Graf, Martin Pichler, Conrad Seidl, Sebastian Voglmayr, Harry Mittermaier

Deep black with a little dark brown foam. Strong chocolate nose. Very full, sweet attack. Creamy mouthfeel, almost like chocolate pudding. Peppery, then warming alcohol notes. Reminiscent of sweet wines, retronasally also red berries. Rounded off by the hopping, which emphasizes the chocolate note.
