Dark yellow colour with a hint of grey, very dense cloudiness. Little foam. Clearly vinous acidity on the nose - citrus fruits and yellow apples come to mind. Sour, grippy aftertaste like pear cider. Very fruity/winey. "Not bitter, but very refreshing".
