«Biraffe» Strong Ale, vintage 2024 from the brewery Brauerei im Berg has been rated with 90 Falstaff points . It is a Belgian top-fermented beer from the region Canton Zurich in Switzerland.
Medium brown, white foam. Toasty notes reminiscent of warm cheese crust, some coffee and savoury notes. Fruity on the palate with almost berry malt notes, again roasted nuances. Very finely carbonated with subtle banana notes and gluggable bitterness on the finish.
