Tasting Notes

Tasting from 25.04.2025: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Golden yellow. A vinous nose, notes of yellow fruit, apricot, a little honey and some notes of wild fermentation, nuances of fresh herbs and spices. Very fine and creamy carbonic acidity, a beautiful balance between the subtle sweetness and the acidity. Fruity-fresh, citrus notes and nuances of salty liquorice in the very long and harmonious finish.
