Amber, slightly cloudy. Complex nose, pear, some dried fruit, some honey, also sherry-like notes, some cognac. Clearly sweet on the palate with very fine carbonic acid and a subtle saltiness. Reminiscent of sherry wine here too. Lingers extremely long on the palate and ends slightly warming. Subtle astringency in the aftertaste.
