APA Unser Pale Ale nach amerikanischer Ausrichtung überzeugt mit seinem ausgeprägten Hopfenaroma durch das nachträgliche ‘Hopfenstopfen’. Zwei amerikanische und ein Zürcher Aromahopfen wurden sorgfältig auserlesen und kombiniert. Daraus resultiert ein fruchtig-blumiges Geruchserlebnis, welches sich bereits vor dem ersten Schluck über die Nase entfaltet und an Zitrusfrüchte wie Grapefruit oder Passionsfrucht erinnern. Unser APA hat eine dezente Malznote und milde Bitterkeit, wodurch es süffig ist und die Aromahopfen so richtig zur Geltung bringen. ABV: 5.3%, IBU: 30, EBC 13.3, Serviertemperatur: 4-7°C

Straw yellow with amber nuances, slightly cloudy. Hoppy nose, grassy notes, very ripe tropical fruit, citrus nuances. Medium-bodied on the palate, fine carbonation. Subtle bitterness in the aftertaste of hop notes.
