Golden yellow, bright, fine-pored foam. The nose detects a hint of soft cheese and dried pineapple. On the palate, it is tangy and quite full-bodied. Bitterness only gradually emerges from the (citrus) fruity middle section. The tart side remains vivid for a long time.
