Tasting from 11.09.2025: Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Daniela Smutny & Martina Piribauer
Almost water-clear in appearance, but don't be fooled! Aromas of pure pear, garnished with cooked spices (especially cinnamon). On the palate, the pear flavour is very cool, even delicately mineral. A "top start to the menu"!
