Tasting from 20.02.2026: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach
Bright cherry red. Hibiscus notes on the nose, nuances of cinnamon and berries, also spicy and peppery hints. Carried by fine carbonic acid on the palate, again with intense herbal and berry notes, full-bodied with a beautiful tartness and subtle sweetness, which creates tension. Lingers long and harmonious.
