Tasting from 20.02.2026: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach
Aromatic citrus and black tea notes on the nose, plus dried meadow flowers. Strikingly fine carbonic acid on the palate, again lots of citrus (bergamot) and tea-like tartness. Finishes medium long, remains slightly tart.
