Tasting from 20.02.2026: Alexander Thürer
Fresh ginger leaps from the glass, followed by fine notes of tea and hints of jasmine. Fruity grapes round off the bouquet. Dense perlage on the palate with a dry, slender body. The mid-palate is initially gently floral with a fine acidity, followed by a hint of ginger, light grape and green tea. Dry, sparkling finish with a gentle ginger spiciness.
