Tasting from 11.09.2025: Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Daniela Smutny & Martina Piribauer
Pale straw yellow colour and a mix of different facets of pear - green freshness, rich fruit - on the nose. On the palate with a pronounced acidic freshness that goes well with the general coolness of the must. The aftertaste is almost chalky and refreshing.
