Tasting from 27.03.2026: Roland Graf
Pale yellow, slightly cloudy and a fermentation aroma like sour beer, from which apple cider vinegar and a mix of herbs (yarrow, lemon balm) and citrus zest gradually emerge. Finely balanced, alongside peel "bitter" grapefruit in the "pale ale" style.
