Tasting from 11.09.2025: Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Daniela Smutny & Martina Piribauer
White gold colour with light green reflections. The aroma is reminiscent of elderflower and yellow melon. The apple expression makes an appearance on the palate: a mix of fruit and clove is reminiscent of unsweetened apple compote. The acidity balances this out well.
