Tasting from 25.04.2025: Alexander Thürer
Deep red in the glass. On the nose, fruity notes of ripe red berries, smoky and slightly earthy tones, with a touch of spiciness. Dry and astringent on the palate, with intense, smoky notes, almost like bacon, that counteract the dark berries well. A light freshness develops on the mid-palate, which continues into the complex, smoky-fruity finish.
