Child friendly Cafés in Burgenland
You can rarely get in for brunch here without a reservation! Locals and visitors love the atmosphere as well as the selection of coffee (e.g. Serrano Lavado from Cuba). French Press, Cold Brew, "Turkish" or the specialty "Rash Neumann" - all great!
It's a bit ironic that Christian Kaplan's seductive showcase is located in a spa. Because with his homemade ice cream (mango!) and patisseries, it's hard to say no. Meinl coffee - also available iced - accompanies the master's creations.
Even a separate children's breakfast is provided in the brunch paradise - "Goldi", as the fans like to call it. Of course, a glass of the house cuvée is a must in Mittelburgenland, and the coffee is lovingly decorated with latte art - cappuccino as an art form.
Ice, Ice, Baby! Ice-cold delicacies are Harrer's trademark. But there's more: the unique breakfast offer and creative pastry art also impress. In collaboration with Tovolea, they have even developed their own coffee roasts.
In the middle of Burgenland's thermal landscape you will find the charming hotel with an in-house café. Hans Martin Simon, host and coffee sommelier, lives his passion for coffee. With over 15 years of experience, he serves exclusive drinks of the highest quality.
Johann Träger travelled a lot and got inspiration from regional baking specialties, which still flow into the recipes today. He likes to serve homemade cakes (must-try: Ischlerschnitte). The Pinkafelder Herrentorte is one of their own creations.
Robert Ganzfuss' café is a gastronomic focal point in the village. In addition to delicious homemade ice cream - including vegan varieties - it delights families as a true pastry and ice cream paradise. Everything from own produce and regional ingredients.
With its high confectionery art, Lendl enjoys a unique selling point in the region. From the original Pinkatal gingerbread to the Burgenland wedding bakery, old recipes and handed-down traditions are preserved. The decorated cakes are spectacular!
This is only available here: seasonal chocolates, made by hand, sweeten the coffee. Spiegel also offers a selection of around ten drinking chocolates. The espresso comes from the Hainisch roastery in Oberschützen - and tastes good not only with the "veggie" breakfast.
The coffee, freshly ground by Hausbrandt, is a delight both on site and to go. From homemade cakes and pies to sandwiches and cake boxes "to go", the selection is large and constantly varies. Best of all, the lake is right outside the door.
A good day begins with a hearty breakfast, good coffee and sweet pastries. Hot days are celebrated with refreshing ice cream. Over 50 homemade ice cream varieties, including creative delicacies such as muffin or watermelon, are available.
