Culinary creativity meets mixology: the bar translates Kevin Fehling's three-star cuisine into cocktails. Classics are rethought, such as "Tom Kha Gai Milkpunch" (rum, Malibu and lemongrass), "Okinawa Shiso" (Lillet, yuzu liqueur and habanero) or the "Piquant Bastard" (white pepper, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco).

The Lobby Lounge & Bar in the Hotel Adlon welcomes tourists and Berliners in a historic ambience. Water gurgles softly from the opulent elephant fountain and the pianist provides classical sounds to perfect the experience. Champagne, cocktails and small delicacies are served.
Collabs are a big thing here in St. Pauli and fellow restaurateurs like to stop off at owner Chloé Merz's bar. The bar menu is as minimalist as the design, with alcohol content charts providing orientation. The "Sip Happens" with gin, peach and white pepper is comforting, while the "Honeymoon" with pumpkin seed oil is surprising.
In August 2025, the elegant and cosy bar celebrated its tenth anniversary. Instead, it is a meeting place for connoisseurs, because this is where fine bar culture is lived and brought into the glass. The menu not only includes classic cocktails, but also some more innovative drinks.
Lots of greenery dominates the hotel bar, which is decorated with a small world of plants. The centrepiece of the modern and cosy location are 16 signature drinks, some of which are refined with unusual ingredients such as caraway, fennel or coriander. The matching herbs come fresh from the green bar wall.

The revolving door into Bar Tantris opens onto another world. The bar, in 70s style and completely bathed in red, offers cocktail craftsmanship to perfection by Jörg Krause and Susan MacKenzie, but above all radiates through their enormous empathy for the guest. You should definitely also try the bar food and peruse the wine list.
