In the heart of Spitz, the town looks back on 400 years of winemaking tradition, which is evident in its cellars and wine taverns: From the light “Federspiel” to the full-bodied “Smaragd,” the house wines pair wonderfully with the down-to-earth snacks.

Our family has two great passions, and guests get to enjoy both: wine and game cuisine. Veltliner and Muskateller wines from exceptional vineyards are paired with homemade game delicacies. To top it all off, we serve exquisite treats made from our own apricots.
