The Steinberghof in Ehrenhausen moved to Gamlitz and reopened as “Casa Firmenich.” It’s very stylish and cozy. The highlights—such as liver parfait with Traminer jelly or bacon-wrapped plums with salted butter—are still on the menu. Very nice rooms.
