Grain Distillate: The Best of all Time

Korn is a quintessentially German thing and, depending on how it is made, the aroma ranges between vodka and whiskey. What they have in common is the fact that the entire, unrefined mash is always distilled, which can give a grain a particularly characterful malt note. In recent years, aged grains have been particularly popular because they impress with their outstanding complexity and depth.
