Tasting Notes

94
Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen

Fruity and cereal-scented, complex and slightly spicy on the nose. Mild and harmonious on the palate, again with fruity notes that correspond well with the noticeable, malty-savoury component. In the deep finish, malt, sweetness and savouriness alternate harmoniously.
