Anyone who defines themselves as a "culinary home port", as Judith Tösch-Urschitz and Vera Mayer-Tösch do with their iconic restaurant, also has high standards when it comes to liquids. This is why the wine list is kept up to date with everything that Burgenland has to offer. The "Sundowner" with colourful long drinks by the lake is legendary.
The 30s are creeping up on us, but no one at the institution is tired of the job. Events and ideas - from the "Night of the Shot Cocktails" to the US festival - continue to provide variety. After all, you don't have to reinvent the wheel, but variety has always been in demand - the extensive cocktail menu bears witness to this.
The special "Sundowner" section on the cocktail menu already signals when it's at its best at this one-of-a-kind place. The non-alcoholic drink options have also been expanded so that you can enjoy the sunshine for longer. Wine is "de rigueur" in Burgenland anyway, and is also enjoyed in flint form.
