For bar professional and former graphic designer Jakob "Jay" Vehovar, mixing is art and the glass is a canvas for creativity. He brings the flavours into perfect balance with a keen instinct. He demonstrates this with "Diplomatico Pianos" (rosemary cordial, grape juice, red wine, hazelnut espuma). Fresh standards: Mojitos and Paloma.

In addition to the famous Trinity Column, not much is missing from the bar on the 20s. And what Oleg Tsolin and Olivia Brosz-Tsolin conjure up from the shaker is something to be proud of. The basic range is constantly being expanded with new drinks - this can be the "MoneyFest", but also a twist on the "Clover Club". It just has to be delicious.

Here, entrepreneurial spirit merges with an upscale culture of enjoyment: inside, a modern, elegant bar area is impressive, while outside, the roof terrace beckons with a spectacular view of the Ötscher - including a real wow moment. The bar opens its doors to everyone, at any time and for any occasion. Summer favourite: the "Frozen Basil Mojito".

Alpine cosiness and urban chic also come together at the bar in the luxury hotel. Creative cocktails with home-made essences blend with regional ingredients such as mountain pine honey - inspired, refined and at the same time wonderfully down-to-earth. Plus top service from a warm and competent team and delicious snacks.

Chef Roland always comes up with gastronomic ideas, with the summer hit "Wagyu Burger" just one example. When it comes to cocktails, the desired flavour quickly provides orientation - this helps in view of the variety that prevails with "Coladas" or gin specials. Indispensable for whisky fans: "Sandy Collins".

A cocktail or a freshly tapped Guinness after (new!) fine dining? Yes! The Irish Bar offers the perfect setting: the imposing 30-metre-long solid wood bar looks almost like something out of a film - it's a great place to sit down at the bar. Whisk(e)y fans can enjoy bourbon, scotch, Irish or even Waldviertel spirits.

These former riding stables are now buzzing with nightlife. The modern bar rooms within the historic walls are usually full, as the XO's reputation precedes it. The guest favourite is the Long Island Iced Tea, which is mixed here in countless variations. The cosy guest garden is perfect for balmy summer nights.

The bar has found its home in the historic vaults of an old grocer's shop. Draft beer, flint drinks and cocktails ranging from classic to unusual await guests. Dreams come true with the "Violet Dream" made with Blue Curaçao and cranberry. The "Roses Moorgin" - gin and tonic with rose liqueur - is also fantastic.
