Uroš Fakuč has mastered the art of letting a few selected top products speak for themselves on the plate without exaggerated staging. The cellar is probably home to one of the largest collections of Slovenian wines and Uroš always finds the right one for every course.
The speciality restaurant is divided into two areas: Downstairs in the bar there are around 15 hot and cold fish and meat courses, while on the first floor Jakob Pintar serves a blind tasting menu with a focus on vegetables from his garden. Excellent organic and biodynamic wines.

David Vračko has more the charisma of a rock star, which he also is in his own way in the gastronomic genre. The avant-garde cuisine never ceases to surprise. However, creativity is not an end in itself, as perfectionism and precision are of the utmost importance.
In the beautiful villa with its large garden, you can experience the history of modern Slovenian cuisine based on predominantly local ingredients. The dishes are small works of art, and the interplay of textures and flavours in three- to eight-course tasting menus is enchanting.
Glamping is now the order of the day in the park-like estate with its large pond. The food is still excellent, but the restaurant's opening hours now vary (see website). Sophisticated fish cuisine takes centre stage, with wines from the estate's own vineyard in the Brda.
