Baden-Baden Wine & Gourmet Festival by Falstaff

From May 19-21, 2023, Falstaff and Baden-Baden Events will be organising the ‘Baden-Baden Wine & Gourmet Festival by Falstaff’, where international celebrity chefs and representatives from outstanding wineries will be making guest appearances in the spa town in the Black Forest.

Next spring promises a weekend full of enjoyment in Baden-Baden from May 19-21, Baden-Baden Events GmbH and Falstaff invite you to the great ‘Wine & Gourmet Festival by Falstaff’.

Over 150 regional, national and international top vintners will present their best wines and invite you to taste them. Celebrity chefs such as Massimo Bottura (‘Osteria Francescana’, Modena) and Paul Ivić (‘Tian’, Vienna), as well as renowned delicatessen producers will serve culinary delights.

In addition to wine tastings, show-cooking acts, workshops and panel discussions in the Kongresshaus, visitors can expect an interesting mix of accompanying events (not included in the ticket price) throughout the city: themed dinners in selected restaurants, rarity tastings, Big Bottle Party and Art & Champagne are just a small sample of the diverse programme around wine and indulgence.

Unique moments of enjoyment

All wine lovers can look forward to a wide range of fine wines. Among others, Marchesi Antinori, Marchesi Mazzei, Tenuta San Leonardo and Marchesi Frescobaldi will offer fine wines from Italy for tasting. From Austria, the wineries Bründlmayer, F.X. Pichler, Franz Hirtzberger and Weinlaubenhof Kracher will be represented. The von Winning winery will be pouring excellent wines from Germany. The modern, light-flooded architecture of the Kongresshaus Baden-Baden, with lots of glass and steel, opens up the view for visitors so they can concentrate fully on enjoying the wines.
