Celebrity Chef Jeremy Lee's First Cookery Book Due in September

Renowned Scottish chef Jeremy Lee will release his first cookery book 'Cooking: Simply and Well, For One or Many' on 1 September.

The popular and witty Jeremy Lee, chef-proprietor of Quo Vadis in Soho, London since 2012, is publishing his first cookery book.

Cooking: Simply and Well, For One or Many contains more than 150 recipes and will be published in hardback by 4th Estate on 1 September.

Cooking is brimming with stories, wit, infectious joy for food and indispensable advice. It is brilliantly illustrated by John Broadley and photographed by Elena Heatherwick, and will surely be one of the most distinctive cookbooks published for years,” the publisher notes.
