The Sun terrace is considered a special hotspot for skiers. Because from here you can enjoy breathtaking views as well as delicious refreshments in solid and liquid form. On Saturdays, you can also listen to the live DJ sessions (booking recommended).

When the sun disappears behind the mountain peaks, the landscape is transformed. Alpenstern into a cozy retreat. The 2,000 square meter Summit Spa with infinity pool has recently been added to the range of pleasures on offer. And enjoy - that's what you can do at the Central at the very highest level. This is how the restaurants of the house with 3 Falstaff forks, the Toque d-Honneur and a Michelin star. However, it is not only the delicacies served that are worth mentioning, but also the breathtakingly beautiful restaurants. The ice Q setzte man im Bond-Streifen “Spectre” sogar ein cineastisches Denkmal auf 3.000 Höhenmetern.

From April 24 to 27, 2025 now returns with Wine on the mountaina popular gourmet and wine event returns to Central. Top international chefs, renowned winemakers and a unique program celebrate enjoyment at the very highest level. The popular Kitchen Party in the hotel and the Big Bottle Party on the Giggijoch are just as much highlights as high-altitude wine tastings, gourmet lunches on the glacier, a Charity Casino Night and ski adventure with Thomas Dreßen, Frank Wörndl & C0. Numerous well-known winegrowers have already confirmed their participation, including the Paul Achs, Juris, Bründlmayer and Velich wineries. The Arunda sparkling wine cellar from Italy, the Vietti winery from Italy, Bodega Alta Vins from Spain and Château de la Tour from France will also be taking part.

Zillertal is home to another of the gourmet addresses in winter 2025. wunderschönen HUBER’s Boutiquehotel the award-winning restaurant KLE. Here, the name says it all. On the one hand, KLE not only stands for the name of its inventor, Klemens Huber, but also for the kitchen concept behind it: Kühn. Lecker. Echt. Huber möchte mit seinen Kreationen Genuss bieten, der alle Sinne beflügelt. Zum Einsatz kommen dafür exquisite Zutaten und viel Saisonales. In Kombination mit der eleganten Atmosphäre des Restaurants entstehen unvergessliche Genussmomente. Der Chefkoch wagt dafür sogar hin und wieder ein “Nein”. Denn: There is what there is. If you want to dine on goose in midsummer or hope for asparagus in winter, you will be disappointed.
