Champagne and Beef Tartar "To Go" at the Bollibox in Vienna.

Viennese can now take a little bit of luxury and joie de vivre with them in Bognergasse. KATE&KON Managing Director Katharina Wolf and Park Hyatt Manager Monique Dekker launched the "Bollibox".

Necessity is the mother of invention and so the joint plans for a winter pub garden became a box with fancy food and fine wines "to go". The offer ranges from Park Haytt's famous beef tartare to luxury champagne from Bollinger and fine wines from the KATE&KON range. However, the range does not just cater to the "usual - affluent - clientele. The aim is to offer "luxury for everyone", which is why you will find rather unusual prices on the menu. This means that more people can afford a bottle of champagne or good wine and indulge in excellent enjoyment.

With the box, the two power women are not about maximizing profits, but about the joy and also the motivation of the employees, because the gastronomy and hotel industry are struggling with the long closure. The Bollibox is also intended to rekindle a spark of hope among the employees.

The concept is definitely inspiring. So if you're craving excellent beef tartare and fine wines, you should make a pit stop at the Bollibox as soon as possible.
