From the Serengeti to Lake Manyara - in future, "Auberge Collection" will manage nine safari lodges in Tanzania.

Under the name "Auberge Safari", the luxury hotel group will soon be expanding its portfolio with nine lodges in Tanzania. The houses, which were previously operated by the safari providers "Legendary Expeditions" and "Chem Chem Safari", will now be placed under the umbrella of the brand.

Off into the wilderness with "Auberge"

Along the northern route - from the Serengeti to Lake Manyara - a network of independent but conceptually linked lodges is being created, whose style is defined by their respective location and its special features.

Natural and cultural encounters

The focus is on individualized safaris with private guides, flexible route planning and intensive game viewing. The surrounding area is rich in elephants, lions and leopards. With a lot of luck, guests can also experience the seasonal Great Migration. Encounters with the local communities will also be part of the concept and an exchange with the Maasai, Hadzabe and Datoga will be part of the stay. When it comes to cuisine, "Auberge" focuses on local dishes and ingredients.

The portfolio includes the "Mwiba Lodge" in the south of the Serengeti, the "Legendary Lodge" near Arusha and several "Chem Chem Safaris" camps in the Burunge Game Reserve. The spectrum ranges from classic safari camps to secluded lodges.

Part of the income flows into conservation programs that both secure protected areas and support projects with local communities.
