Champagne Cocktail
Pleasingly ritualistic to make and delicious to drink, champagne cocktails are guaranteed to make any party go with a swing.

| 1 | sugar cube | |
| 5 drops | Angostura bitters | |
| 25 | ml | brandy |
| 100 | ml | Champagne or sparkling wine |
- Drop the sugar cube into a champagne flute, add the Angostura bitters and brandy then top up with Champagne, tilting the glass as you do so.
- Serve immediately.
