Poinsettia
So easy to make and pretty to look at, this is fruity but light and refreshing so would be a great aperitif before a large feast.
| Ingredients | ||

| 25 | ml | Grand Marnier, Triple Sec or other orange liqueur |
| 75 | ml | cranberry juice, chilled |
| 100 | ml | Prosecco or other sparkling wine, chilled |
- Pour the cranberry juice and orange liqueur into a champagne flute or tall, slim glass then top up with the sparkling wine, stir once and serve immediately.
- Variation: decorate with a spring of rosemary and some cranberries.
