Since 2018, the WASSERMANN Restaurant has operated as a gourmet restaurant at the MONDI Resort on Lake Grundlsee, offering fine dining in an exceptional setting. Nestled in the stunning natural landscape of the Ausseerland region, guests can enjoy moments of culinary delight here, with views of both the lake and the mountains, along with exceptional service in a stylish atmosphere. Valentin Schober, a native of Bad Goisern, has been the head chef since 2026. He primarily serves fish raised in Austria, which he elevates through international cooking techniques and creatively incorporated ingredients. The seasonally focused menu includes both vegetarian and meat-based options, as well as wine and non-alcoholic beverage recommendations. Guests can customize their à la carte menu and experience the restaurant’s high standards in every detail.
