A derelict former butter factory has been converted into a boutique hotel, summer apartments and restaurant. The hotel experience is doubled by the restaurant, which also has a distinctive feature - an obvious love of cheese. A variety of cheeses are featured in many of the dishes. Other ingredients come mainly from the surrounding area and local fishermen.
