Marko Gajski knows all the island herbs, local fruits, vegetables and wines. But his refined and effectively staged fine-dining cuisine also incorporates ingredients such as Wagyu beef. A table on the terrace overlooking the sea adds the perfect finishing touch.

If you like oysters, a visit to this restaurant with its 45-year tradition is a must. Oysters are served raw with a little lemon, grilled or in a tempura batter. Shrimp soup is intense in taste, and the famous Ston Cake should also be tried.
The location directly by the sea with a terrace is beautiful. Host Krešimir Pandža and his team spoil guests with regional delicacies: raw marinated tuna, fritto misto, mussels in tomato broth or fish risotto. Good Croatian wines.
With the boat you dock almost directly at the table, a small place with sun loungers is available. The nice family grows their own vegetables, highlights are oven-baked sea bream, tuna tartare or octopus salad. The wines go well too.
This Dalmatian style restaurant is a konoba par excellence. The boss herself bakes fresh bread every day. The kitchen creates dishes far from the mainstream, understanding the fine qualities of eel, baked goods and desserts that will make you want more. Great quality-price ratio.
