The dining rooms combine traditional South Tyrolean charm with simple elegance. The high-quality cuisine revolves around regional delights, characterized by Mediterranean influences. One example is the lasagnetta with sauerkraut, smoked meat and Schüttelbrot bread. The wine cellar is stocked mainly with local labels.
The Gasser family, now in its fifth generation, serves fine regional cuisine in the robust 17th century house. Homemade products such as grain bread, pasta and ice cream are served. Traditional recipes are skilfully brought up to date, accompanied by wines from small, regional winegrowers.
