Inchmoan 12 Year Old Single Malt entsteht aus einer Kombination von Malt Whiskys aus unserer traditionellen Schwanenhalsbrennerei und unserer einzigartigen Straight Neck Pot Still, um einen unkonventionellen Torfcharakter mit viel Tiefe zu schaffen, der Rauch und Würzigkeit miteinander verbindet. Er reift 12 Jahre lang in einer Mischung aus wiederaufgefüllten Fässern aus amerikanischer Eiche und nachgefüllten Fässern aus amerikanischer Bourbon-Eiche, die ihm süße Vanille-Hintergrundnoten verleihen, die den weichen Torfstil von Loch Lomond's einzigartiger Destillieranlage. Verkostungsnotiz: Nase: Trockener, schwelender Torfrauch mit Vanillesirup und gebrochenem schwarzen Pfeffer. Geschmack: Süßer, medizinischer Torf und geräucherter Speck führen zu gerösteten Kaffeebohnen mit Gewürznoten von Nelken und Sternanis. Wärmende Würzigkeit verbindet sich mit grünem Apfel und Birne Fruchtcharakter entwickelt. Finish: Langer, wachsartiger Torf mit Zitrus-Hopfen-Note und Stachelbeere.

Challenging nose with grilled yellow bell pepper, aromatic wood and fine savouriness. Full-bodied on the palate with vivid firewood savouriness and fennel on the finish.
