To mark the 200th anniversary of The Macallan, the Scottish distillery is presenting an exquisite and exclusive whisky in cooperation with the luxury car brand Bentley.
Single malt Scotch brand The Macallan and Bentley Motors have joined forces in a historic collaboration. Together, they created the premium whisky "The Macallan Horizon" to mark the distillery's 200th anniversary. This exclusive single malt combines craftsmanship, design and sustainability and is intended to reflect the shared passion of both brands for attention to detail and excellence.

Horizon was created by Master Whisky Maker Kirsteen Campbell and carefully blended from six first-fill sherry casks matured in the warehouses of The Macallan estate in Scotland. Set at 46.6% by volume, this single malt impresses with its rich aromas of dried fruit and spices, which blend harmoniously with notes of oak and leather and end in a full-bodied finish.
The limited edition "The Macallan Horizon" is also presented in a unique vessel with an impressive 180-degree twist, reflecting the design direction of the automotive world. Paying homage to the six pillars of The Macallan, the Horizon is made from six materials that are an integral part of The Macallan and Bentley Motors. These represent the character and spirit of the whisky and stand for the creation of this spirit. A horizontally arranged vessel with a 180-degree twist detail celebrates the fusion of innovation and aesthetics. A bespoke glass container, surrounded by a precision-crafted aluminum band, honors the essence of both brands and challenges the conventions of traditional whisky bottling.
The limited edition "Horizon", which costs a good €50,000, is available in 0.7-liter bottles and from the Macallan Estate Boutique and the global network of domestic and travel boutiques as well as in first-class retail outlets.
