A cult-like small chain of vegan ramen shops - a bit crazy, chaotic and wild, just like many Japanese counterparts. The menu is tiny but commands respect, and the portions are enormous. The design is infused with minimalism and generously adorned with neon lights, and queues at the entrance are common. It sounds amazing and looks just as impressive.
